Amazing place with amazing staff

Amazing home! The host made our vacation easy and handled the reservations for the drivers and dinner at local restaurants. Highly recommend their chef as well! We will be back .

After a 5 night vacation, Our group of nine didn’t want to leave. We had the best house staff Ace & Zi, and Chef Kyle! Ace greeted me every morning with a cup of coffee, a smile and always seemed to know what I wanted throughout the day without me asking (drinks, snacks, entertainment etc…) everyday the home was always clean when we awakened, table set with every meal, dishes and laundry always taken care of—- it was truly vacation! Zi, his sister was fantastic. Super sweet and attentive and very knowledgeable about the island to make recommendations for our group. Chef Kyle— the absolute BEST! Meals were outstanding. We even added a meal because his dishes were that good. On the few times we did eat out during our 5 night stay, we always ended up comparing everything to Kyle’s food— he truly was a great time and great cook! Admin Candela, was very responsive and helped orchestrate all arrival and travel plans— super grateful to have a stress free vacation with friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Villa Caono. Given it's traditional island architecture with all the luxuries of a modern home while also providing immediate access to great ocean swimming, snorkeling and kayaking just steps from the property grounds, we opted to stay home and play most days. Beautiful and pristine island oasis! We hope to return soon.

As always there are things that could have been better, particularly given the high price. At minimum a new grill and a real kettle for boiling water for tea. Ocean access is over the rocks but the carved path and stairs are nice, and the little island protected ocean pool effect is wonderful. The rooms are very nice, especially the main overlook room. The pool is nice too. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet the meandering cow!

Where do I begin… I spent the last 5 days at the La Mer West Villa with 6 of my girlfriends to celebrate my 26th birthday and the staff at Hummingbird went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The villa came with two butlers, Ace and Z, who were so kind and hardworking. I got to know them better over my stay and it became a highlight seeing them enter the villa every morning. We also had the pleasure of getting to taste some of Chef Rob’s food. He knew exactly what to feed 7 girls, keeping in mind dietary restrictions and our desire to have “healthy” but yummy food. And all of this couldn’t have been made possible without Candela, the house manager. She checked in with us every morning to make sure our cars were arranged and needs met. Very quick to answer her phone when we had questions, and is such a delight to be around. Not directly associated with the staff but, Harold the owner of the driving company Hummingbird uses is also a delight. Can't wait to come back!

I wish I could put into words how incredible our stay was! It exceeded expectations! I would never choose to stay anywhere else! The whole team is absolutely incredible! Candela the house manager was an absolute sweetheart and a message away at all times! Ace, our butler was an absolute gem! So warm so lovely so attentive! Our chef Rob! My only regret is that we didn’t have dinners with him every night! This will definitely not be my last stay and if you are considering booking you should do it ASAP!

Perfect spot for family or friends

Beautiful property. Lovely host Candela, who was very responsive and helpful! The setting was wonderful and close to the secluded Taylor Bay beach. The house was a quiet oasis. There is a new home under construction nearby, but we experienced no difficulties with noise.

Gorgeous modern house on the water, Maria and the team were amazing! Can't wait to head back!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This place is absolutely stunning! Extremely clean, spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Not to mention the service, which was truly exceptional. That’s what made our trip memorable. Zi was so kind and helpful; anything we asked for, she made it happen. We also booked the chef service, provided by the lovely couple Kael and Ana from Pulpo & Co. They had great energy, and the food was so good that we ended up booking four meals with them. I would definitely recommend requesting them if you decide to try the chef service! This place is a gem

Beautiful property in a beautiful location! I searched for months for the perfect place to have my birthday escape to paradise. I even had some unplesant experiences trying to book my trip, but I truly believe everything happens for a reason. When I saw this property was still available for my travel dates, I knew this was the best property for me and my group. It almost felt too good to be true for a first timer but I am so glad I found this gem. It truly was the perfect place, and the hummingbird luxury team ensured our group had a wonderful stay. The concierge was very responsive and helpful. She always gave us recommendations, made suggestions, and even came to check on us daily. Our butler was so great and friendly, and the daily house keeper was quiet but nice, helpful, and ensured the property was cleaned well. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect space for a group of 8. I highly recommend this house and the Hummingbird Luxury team!

La Mer West is absolute paradise — the inside of the home is pristine with incredible views, and the setting and privacy is unmatched! Ace (our butler) was incredibly friendly and always available to help with anything we needed!

We had a great stay. Candela was very responsive and helpful for all our requests. House was stunning and location even better. Very private and beautiful view/location.

We had a fantastic time. Yes there were some glitches that could be avoided and some that could not. Overall the staff and there is a lot of them that took care of everything. The only point I will make is there is not accessible beach at the house so make sure you go visit one of the local ones for a complete experience. The views and outdoor areas are magical.

The property itself was perfect and had everything we could need and more. The team that assisted from Hummingbird was in constant communication when we needed anything. They took all the guess work out of our stay and we did not want to leave. Candela was amazing. Thank you for all.

We just rented the villa for five days and enjoyed every second of it. The views are simply spectacular. The water, pristine. The owners provide a butler who is available 9 to 5, who cooked breakfast and lunch for us and otherwise made drinks and did anything else necessary to accommodate our group of seven and make our stay a luxurious A+.

The property was amazing. The villa is better than advertised. Plenty of space inside and out. But better than the actual villa was the staff and management. They catered to every need, want or thought we had throughout the entire process from planning to being on site at the house. Simply amazing. They were truly insightful, resourceful and ended up being an extension of our family.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday! Such a beautiful home located at a great spot on the island. Had such a memorable time, will definitely be coming back!

All of Hummingbird Luxury’s staff was very helpful and accommodating. From booking to coordinating 20 people to get from airport to Villa with different flight times. House staff Marie and Ace were fantastic. Our friend Chef Rowe always knows just what we like to eat. Evelyn the housekeeper was fantastic as well. Candela and Delphine were always available to help us or answer any questions we had. The villa was amazing! Lots of space everyone had privacy they needed. Wonderful place.

Our stay at Caona Villa in Turks and Caicos was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were struck by the beauty of the property. The landscaping was like something out of a postcard, that instantly made us feel relaxed and at home. The villa itself was stunning, with its charming Caribbean vibe. Each room felt spacious and inviting, and the large open design let in so much natural light. We enjoyed the breathtaking views of nature and the mesmerizing blue hues of the ocean. As a family of four, we really needed a peaceful getaway, and Caona Villa delivered beyond our wildest dreams. We spent our days lounging by the pool, sharing meals, and exploring some nearby beaches including Sapodilla and Grace Bay beaches. It felt like a true escape from our hectic lives, allowing us to reconnect as a family in the most beautiful setting. We returned home with full hearts. Thank you. ☺️

We adored our stay at Villa Caona. Delphine and Candela made reservations and check-in a breeze. The property was even more gorgeous in person, and we were blown away by the ocean views and sunsets from the various and lovely living and lounge areas. The stunning pool was a definite highlight for us and our young children, as was the private jetty and snorkeling, where we saw some brightly colored fish, barracuda, and cuttlefish. The grounds were green and vibrant with lots of interesting plant species. The screened in living area was our favorite spot to have dinner and watch the sunset. The screens kept out most of the mosquitos, which made it so that we could spend our evenings in the fresh Caribbean air.We hope to return soon!

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made our trip so much smoother. Candela the concierge m was amazing, very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She arranged transportation, made restaurant reservations, and even did grocery shopping for us multiple times. The butlers were extremely kind and always available to help with anything we needed. Chef Rob prepared one of the best Brazilian barbecues we have ever had. It was truly delicious. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful views and warm, shallow waters that were perfect and safe for the kids to play in. The heated pool was a great bonus as well. The only thing I would suggest improving is offering a bit of assistance with getting the kayak and paddleboard in and out of the water. It was a little tricky to manage on my own. Overall, an incredible experience. We would love to come back!

This is a truly wonderful property, managed by a great group. We were a family of 8, including two teenagers, and two sets of grandparents (one of whom has limited mobility). The property itself is pristine, and larger than it appears in the pictures. We were able to spread out and have our own space; while also enjoying time together on the lounger, in the living room, at the indoor and outdoor dining areas, and floating around in the water below the property. The Hummingbird team is absolutely excellent, and super responsive. They booked several custom excursions for us that accommodated my father (who uses a mobility scooter), including a photography trip on the island as well as a boat trip. At one point we had a bit of a crisis when my father’s scooter broke, and one of the Hummingbird staff drove us to town in their personal car to visit a machine shop and have a new part made! Chef Rob prepared dinner for us on four evenings and it was the highlight of the trip!

Our family loved this home and location. Screened in open air seating areas abound to enjoy the constant breezes while getting a break from the sun. The lush green surrounds you as you walk down to the pool and a bit further down to the ocean.Delphine who manages the property is amazing and even set us up with some amazing dinner reservations. We will be back!

My fiancé and i had the most amazing stay in this wonderful home. The views are to die for. The screened in feature makes it like you are staying in a treehouse without any bugs! The openness was so beautiful. We really enjoyed the kayaks and location and our hosts were very attentive to our every need. It was so nice to be tucked away from the crowds, but so close at the same time. I really can't say enough positive things about this gorgeous property. The furnishings were very well appointed and tastefully chosen. We didn't want to leave!! And now we can't wait to return.

This Villa was breathtaking. Easily one of the most beautiful homes we stayed in and we travel a lot. The house was spotlessly clean and much larger than it looks in the photos. We had another villa down the street and this house accommodated our group of 19 for a day of pool and kayaking easily. The house was so friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to return!

First off, just want to thank the team over there! So accommodating with all of our needs! Whatever we needed they were able to make it happen (groceries, rides, entertainment). The home is absolutely beautiful. Water is clear clear!! Steps to the ocean, the crystal water is shallow. They have clear kayaks and paddle boards available. We rented jet skis that pulled up right to the dock! Amazing views and so much space to ride the jet ski. Having a private and secluded ocean to yourself is such a tranquil feeling! It will recharge your energy. Private chef is also recommended as they provide an excellent menu of your choosing. The staff comes everyday and are so helpful and soooo very nice! Thank you guys for the best birthday!

Amazing accommodations. The house is exactly as pictured and even better in person. Access to the ocean is top tier. The staff alone makes this one of the best properties you'll ever stay in. Delphine and Michael made sure all of our services and activities were booked seamlessly. Meals prepared by Chef Joel and Chef Josh are better than any restaurant on the island. Marie made sure our group of 14 was treated like royalty from the time we arrived until we left. La Mer South definitely makes Turks and Caicos a top five all-time vacation spot.

The beauty and tasteful luxury of the home and its surroundings is breathtaking. The pièce de résistance is the hospitality of the wonderful people who make the stay memorable. Aiza, Marie and Michael are the most wonderful people. They always have a smile, are super helpful and make some of the most incredible breakfast you will ever have. We also had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Josh and Donovan's dinner creations. Absolutely Michelin quality in the home. Delphine has assembled a team that is out of this world. We will be back.

Couldn't be better! Our extended family — 11 people ranging from 12 to 90 years old — were lucky enough to spend 4 days at La Mer West and it was fabulous! From our very first communication until we left, Delphine and her team were exceptionally welcoming, super professional and all around lovely and amazing. The house is amazing — exactly as pictured and the location terrific. You couldn't ask for more.

The Best Family trip Ever! Delphine was amazing from the start. Then Michael helped coordinate the best activities and gave great service! They both were so attentive before and during our stay. Eyezza took care of us once we were there. She did everything and totally spoiled us! We loved the villa! The pool, views, bedrooms, bathrooms, location, etc. It was truly magical. We have been to quite a few top of the line, five star resorts and hotels. However, this vacation was the best we've ever experienced. The house is absolutely breathtaking. The views are to die for. The photos can't even compare, once you're there in person. But the best part was the attention and luxury experience we received from Delphine, Aiza, and Marie. Not only did they take such great care of us during our stay, but they made us feel like family. Even the Private Chef was amazing! His food was much better than any of the restaurants we visited, and well worth it. We will definitely be back soon.

Above and beyond. Run don't walk to stay at this property. This was the best vacation my family and I have had so far. The location was perfect. The house was beautiful and clean. The views were amazing. While the house on its own would have been enough, the staff is what really made this trip one of the best. Isa and Vincente were by far one of the best parts of the trip. They are there every day to help with anything day to day. They would make a beautiful breakfast every morning from the groceries we bought. We had 2 small kids and they were beyond sweet and thoughtful with them. And then there was the property managers Delphine, Johnna, and Kieani who were there to help with organizing any activities and make sure the trip ran smoothly. And lastly if you are questioning wether to splurge and get the chef — do it! Chef James made the most lovely breakfast and dinner for us.

We had a girls trip for a birthday celebration and had the best experience imaginable at La Mer West. The pictures do not do it justice; the place is beautiful. Amazing views of the ocean — which is exactly what you want to see as soon as you walk in! We loved the small details, like the complimentary airport transfers and the hosts and butler greeting us upon arrival. The butler and her husband were AMAZING. We really enjoyed her, and her husband! They were huge highlights of our trip. The hosts were also very helpful with planning before and during the trip. We had an amazing time. I definitely recommend this house!

The property is world class & easy to reach from the airport. Our family loved the people & the property so much, that we never left until they transported us back to the airport. Our stay this past week was amazing! We were a group of 8, and the villa and accommodations were perfect for our group. The service from Aiza and Vicente blew our expectations out of the water, and they truly were one of the best parts of our trip. From the daily breakfast and lunch that they prepared for our group, to the poolside piña coladas, we felt like we were staying at one of the 5-star resorts on Grace Bay. The villa itself was amazing, brand new with great décor and a fantastic location on the water right between two of the best beaches on the island. We also had chef James cook dinner for us one of the nights and it was one of the best meals we have ever had, highly recommend! Overall one of the best vacations ever, we will be back!

Amazing stay. House is impeccable like a high end luxury hotel. Linen crisp and super fresh. The staff and housekeeping better than a 5 star hotel. The showers excellent with good water pressure. The house staff created a WhatsApp group for our stay and took care of everything we needed with a smile. The ocean at the back of the house is perfectly clean super shallow perfect for chilling. I would highly recommend.

Amazing property and staff. We stayed at this villa in April of 2022. Our group of 15 had an amazing time. The property itself has breathtaking views of the Sapodilla Bay. Literally, breathtaking. When you walk in the front door and see that photo but in real life you will find yourself uttering a little gasp. The facility is very well thought out. We were very well kept after by Hummingbird's staff — Delphine, Chef James and the rest of the staff made sure that you were always taken care of. The food cooked by James was unbelievable — our family continues to talk about the meals a week later. We can't wait to go back.
