Our private chefs cook from scratch, with the morning’s catch from the dock.

A private chef cooking from the morning market and the fishermen at the dock. Breakfast through supper, or one tasting menu for the occasion. Custom menus designed to your group’s preferences, your dietary needs, and the days you want them.

Most of our chefs trained as executive chefs in restaurants across the islands and beyond. Many arrive with a butler to assist in prep and service. Available at any Hummingbird villa, and at other villas and resorts across Providenciales.

How it Works

Four steps, start to finish.

Planned, sourced, served, and cleaned. Your private chef in Turks and Caicos.

Menu planning.

Tell us the days, the meals, and any allergies or preferences. Your chef shares custom menus to review and refine before you arrive.

ii.

Sourcing.

The morning market for produce, the fishermen at the dock for what came in. Your fridge is stocked before you arrive.

iii.

Service.

Your chef arrives at the villa to cook. A butler arrives with them to set the table, plate the courses, and pour the wine.

iv.

Clean-up.

Kitchen reset after every meal. Nothing for you to do but enjoy.
