Villa Caona is a Caribbean-style luxury villa rental in Silly Creek Estates on Providenciales’ southwestern shore. Old-style Caribbean: native stone walls, dark wood throughout, pod rooms separated so the trade winds can move through every space. Air conditioning sits in the bedrooms only. The rest of the house breathes the way it was designed to.
A spacious foyer connects the airy living room, kitchen, and dining areas. The living room blends traditional furnishings with a beautifully restored antique sofa, chaises, and a vintage piano set beneath palm-fringed windows. Glass sliding doors lead to the screened terraces.
The kitchen carries GE and Frigidaire appliances, a Colzer wine fridge, and elegant dinnerware. The dining area accommodates up to eight.
Two primary bedrooms anchor the main villa, each with private terrace, en-suite bathroom, and ocean views. A third bedroom on the lower level adjoins the pool deck, with terrace by the pool, en-suite bathroom, and outdoor shower. A separate guest house with double queen beds and a kitchenette completes the property for larger groups.
Sprawling screened terraces wrap the house. An open-air terrace with a fire table holds the evening. Winding native stone paths meander through the gardens to the pool deck, then down to the private jetty at the water’s edge. Paddleboards, kayaks, and a floating ocean hangout wait there.

Silly Creek sits at the southwestern edge of Providenciales. Villa Caona is tucked in a quiet and exclusive enclave with the Caicos Banks to the south and the protected waters of Chalk Sound to the north. A few minutes’ walk reaches Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay beaches.
Chalk Sound National Park lies just behind, with glass-flat water for paddleboarding and kayaking, and small islets to explore. Grace Bay’s restaurants and shops are a fifteen-minute drive.
