The Retreat sits gently above the shoreline at Turtle Tail. Two pavilions linked by covered walkways and hardwood decks, designed to blend into the landscape. Inside, the living pavilion opens to the horizon, with vaulted ceilings, warm wood finishes, and walls of glass that dissolve into the view. Understated elegance throughout.

The open kitchen sits at the heart of the living pavilion, fitted with top-of-the-line Bosch appliances. A breakfast nook on one side, the dining and lounge areas on the other. A space for the full arc of the day: coffee at sunrise, long lunches in the shade, dinners that stretch into the night.

At the centre, an atrium garden sits open to the sky between the living and bedroom pavilions. Native plants below, trade winds above.

Beyond the glass, a sun-drenched pool deck winds down toward the shore. A 650-square-foot infinity pool perches at the upper level, with lounges in full sun on one side and partial shade on the other. The deck flows on through native landscaping to the ocean pavilion, a covered retreat just above the calm, shallow shoreline of Turtle Tail.

To the side of the house, a pickleball court and a bocce ball court wait for the late afternoon. The kind of games that fill a week.

The four bedrooms are designed as private sanctuaries. Three king suites carry en-suite bathrooms and their own private decks. A fourth bunk room offers flexible space for children or additional guests.
