Amazing place with amazing staff

The main level of Villa Eden opens with a standalone great room, anchored by a grand piano, a wet bar, and a library that spills onto the ocean-facing terrace. Vaulted wood ceilings overhead, stone underfoot, walls of glass that slide back to the trade winds. From here, the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow as one open space. The kitchen carries high-end GE appliances, full glassware and dinnerware, and the small things that make entertaining easy.
Outside, the infinity pool reaches over the slope toward the water beyond. In-pool loungers stay submerged through the warm afternoons. A pavilion-style lounge holds the day in shade, a firepit holds the evening, with the trade winds coming up off the north shore.
The poolside primary master is its own private retreat on the main level. Direct pool access through sliding doors, en-suite with shower, breathtaking views in every direction. On the lower level, two guest suites and a secondary master each carry en-suite bathrooms and private ocean-view terraces. A fifth suite sits above the main entrance, with its own lounge and panoramic vistas of the north shore.
A stone staircase winds through tropical gardens to a waterfront dining pavilion at the shore. A private dock waits below, ready for kayaks, paddleboards, and the floating ocean hangout. At low tide, a hidden beach appears at the foot of the property.
At Villa Eden snorkelling begins at the dock. The shallow reef of Princess Alexandra National Park lies just offshore, within easy swimming distance.

Villa Eden has five bedrooms across three levels. A standalone poolside primary master with direct pool access. Three rooms on the lower level: a secondary master and two guest suites, each with en-suite bathroom and ocean-view terrace. A fifth suite above the main entrance with its own panoramic vistas.
