Every direct booking includes the villa, the pool, and a team of people whose job is to make sure you don’t have to think about any of them.
A dedicated host, on-island, from your first email to your last morning. A local concierge who knows the vendors we work with by name, and knows exactly when each one needs to be locked in. Pre-arrival groceries stocked to your preferences before the door opens. Airport transfers in a private car. Weekly or daily housekeeping depending on the villa.
Chefs, boat charters, spa treatments, childcare, and the rest of the add-ons are billed on top only if you want them — and the earlier you tell us, the better the pick. We know which chef gets booked out first in high season, which boat suits which day, and how far ahead the sitters need to be held. Timing is what we do; you just tell us what you’d like.

Hold. We hold your dates for seventy-two hours while you decide, no commitment. That gives you room to check flights and confirm with the group.
Confirm. A signed booking, a deposit, and a welcome pack. From there we start pulling the trip together — transfers, groceries, the chef if you’re having one, the concierge introductions.
