A handpicked collection of luxury Turks and Caicos villas on the quieter shores of Providenciales. Sapodilla Bay, Blue Mountain, Turtle Tail, Silly Creek — each shore its own character, each villa oceanfront, and all within fifteen minutes of Grace Bay.
The Collection
Turks and Caicos villas, across Providenciales.
A handpicked collection of oceanfront villas across Providenciales, each one walked through and looked after by the family who runs them.
Every villa in the collection was walked through by us before it joined and is looked after year-round by the same team. The concierge, butler, and housekeepers have been with us for years — the same faces at the same villas, one visit to the next.

Choosing
How to pick your villa.
By group, by occasion, by feel.
The quickest way is a call — matching guests to villas is what our team does first. If you’d rather narrow it down yourself, three cuts help.
By group size. Small groups of six to eight are best in Villa Caona or The Retreat. Larger families of ten to fourteen fit Villa Eden or La Mer West. Full estates and reunions of up to twenty-four take La Mer Villa.
By occasion. Family holidays with young children lean toward Sapodilla Bay — La Mer Villa or La Mer West, both above the calm shallow bay. Weddings and reunions go to La Mer Villa. Quiet retreats and honeymoons go to Villa Eden on Blue Mountain or The Retreat on Turtle Tail.
By style. Contemporary glass and modern lines with a European hand: La Mer Villa and La Mer West. Modern grounded in wood, with an atrium and an over-water hammock: The Retreat. Barefoot Balinese hush with terraces into the sea: Villa Eden. Classic Caribbean with stone and dark wood: Villa Caona.
Included
What’s in every stay.
A Hummingbird villa rental in Turks and Caicos is a fully-serviced stay, not just a set of keys.
Some services are standard across the collection; others are optional and billed on top only if you want them.
At every villa. A host who grew up here and answers the phone themselves, and a dedicated concierge from your first email to your last morning.
At most villas. Butler service, daily housekeeping, airport transfers, and the villa stocked to your preferences before arrival.
Available for any stay. A private chef, in-villa spa treatments, childcare, boat charters, and everything else through the concierge.
Transfers from the airport, the fridge stocked to your preferences, a boat at the dock, a sitter when you need one, supper at sunset. Everything between booking and farewell, ours to arrange.
Questions
Your questions answered.
Where are your Turks and Caicos villas located?
Across four shores of Providenciales — Sapodilla Bay, Blue Mountain, Turtle Tail, and Silly Creek. All oceanfront, all within fifteen minutes of Grace Bay. New villas join the collection slowly, one at a time — worth checking back.
How much does a luxury villa in Turks and Caicos cost?
Our Turks and Caicos villas start from around $900 per night for four to six guests, and go up to $15,000++ per night for the largest estates in peak festive weeks. Rates vary by season, villa, number of guests and length of stay. A direct enquiry gets you real numbers for your dates, or visit the villa page and enquire from the calendar.
Are all your Turks and Caicos villas oceanfront?
Yes. Every villa in our collection is oceanfront, with beach access, private jetty, or a beach that appears at low tide.
Can I book a private chef at any villa?
Yes. A private chef can be added to any stay. Chefs work by the meal or by the day, discuss menus with you before arrival, and shop for what you need. Fresh local fish, world cuisine, tasting menus, wine pairings, dietary-specific plans — we've done them all.
What group sizes do your Turks and Caicos villas accommodate?
From small groups up to full estates. Some sleep up to eight, others up to fourteen, and our largest sleeps up to twenty-four. Booking La Mer Villa and La Mer West together — both on Sapodilla Bay, side by side — extends the collection to thirty-six guests — built for reunions, small weddings, and multi-family stays.
How far in advance should I book?
For Christmas and New Year, twelve to twenty-four months. For January through April high season, four to six months. For summer and shoulder season, four to eight weeks is usually enough. Last-minute availability does happen — just ask us.
Can I have a wedding at a Hummingbird villa?
Yes. Our largest villa is best suited for weddings, with capacity for up to twenty-four guests, or thirty-six with adjacent villas, and outdoor terraces built for ceremonies and receptions. Villa weddings are handled on a bespoke basis by our team.
