The kitchen is built for serious cooking, with a Wolf oven and gas range, a Monogram wine fridge, and a Subzero refrigerator. Outside, the BBQ pavilion carries a Recteq custom grill alongside its Monogram fittings.

Beyond the glass, the second-floor terrace opens onto Sapodilla Bay. Here, a 300-square-foot infinity edge pool perches above the water, with sun loungers and umbrellas across the deck. The horizon sits just past the edge.

Down the central staircase, four bedrooms occupy the lower level. Two are master suites with double vanities and ocean views. Two of the bedrooms open onto spacious private garden terraces. Three of the four carry king beds. Above the great room, on the third-floor mezzanine, the fifth bedroom shares its floor with a workspace and a media room, and opens onto a private terrace overlooking Chalk Sound. This is the floor for the working morning and the quiet afternoon.

Outside, native stone paths wind through tropical gardens to the private dock. Paddleboards, kayaks, and a floating ocean hangout wait at the water’s edge.
