The lower level of La Mer West is home to 4 bedrooms with the central feature staircase leading to the great room on the second level. Here, you will find the open kitchen, dining area, and living space, seamlessly blending with waterfront terraces. Step outside to the second floor infinity edge pool offering stunning elevated views of Sapodilla Bay. The villa offers convenient accessibility, with a main level entrance and elevator servicing the second level.
