Retreats in Turks and Caicos,
oceanside.

Wellness or corporate. A retreat with all the parts.

Oceanfront villas in Providenciales, sized for groups from eight to thirty. Conference rooms and workspaces for the work. Decks and quiet for the wellness. The water outside every window. Built for the retreat your group needs, whichever shape it takes.

The Setting

Oceanfront, at every scale.

From a single villa for eight to a side-by-side combination for thirty.

Our portfolio of luxury villas in Providenciales is built for retreats of every size. A smaller group of eight to twelve fits in a single villa, oceanfront and self-contained. A larger group from sixteen to thirty takes two villas next door to each other on Sapodilla Bay, sharing a stretch of the bay.

The two-villa combination carries fourteen bedrooms across twenty-one beds. One villa has a dedicated conference room and presentation space. The other carries an office workspace and a media room. Both are wired for whatever technology the agenda needs, sorted ahead of arrival.

Every villa in the collection is oceanfront, with infinity pools, private docks or jetties, and decks that turn easily into yoga or breakout space. The group can spread out across the houses or come together on a shared deck.

Two Kinds of Retreats

The shape of the days.

Wellness retreats, corporate retreats, and the parts they share.

For wellness retreats.

Morning yoga on the oceanfront deck. Sunrise meditation on the beach a few steps away. Healthy menus from the chef, drawn from the morning’s catch and what’s in season. In-villa spa treatments, massage, breathwork. Light, quiet, and the kind of stillness that’s hard to manufacture anywhere else. Room for retreat leaders to bring their own programme, with full support from our team on the logistics.

Guests who prefer a local touch can add an on-island instructor from local studios like Kyn.

For corporate retreats.

A dedicated conference room for presentations, breakout sessions, and the long table for the whole group. A separate workspace for smaller meetings, deep work, and calls back to the office. Both rooms wired for whatever AV the agenda needs, sorted ahead of arrival. Team-building activities for the afternoons, and a chef-led table for the evenings.

For either.

One private dock. One stretch of the bay. Two pools. A team that knows the difference between when to be present and when to be invisible.

The Formats

Wellness practice, for a morning or a week.

Half day, full day, multi-day. Shape it to your stay.

i.
Half day

Morning Practice

A morning of practice, a healthy meal, and one wellness treatment or activity. Fits alongside the rest of a normal villa stay.

ii.
Full day

Sunrise to Supper

Sunrise yoga, breakfast, a mid-morning session, lunch, an afternoon treatment or open time, and a light dinner. The day builds on itself.

iii.
Multi day

Full Retreat

Three to seven days of stacked practice, shaped around the group's goals. Ideal for retreat leaders bringing their own students, or a group building a longer reset.

On the Table

A chef in your kitchen.

Plated dinners, family-style lunches, or clean menus drawn from the morning catch. Catered to the room.

Our private chefs come up running restaurant kitchens before they cook in our villas. Menus are tailored to the group, the goal of the retreat, and any dietary needs.

For corporate groups, a five-course tasting menu for the closing dinner, family-style lunch on the meeting day, passed canapés at the terrace cocktail hour with live music and the sunset.

For wellness groups, health-forward menus, fresh fish, and the kind of bright, considered food that supports the rest of the work the body is doing. Smoothies and pressed juices on request.

Off the Table

Away from the conference table.

The kind of days that bring a group closer than a meeting or a class ever could.

At your villa: spa treatments, massage, and sound baths. Sunrise beach yoga, breathwork on the deck, and quiet hours when the group needs them. Available for any retreat, wellness or corporate.

On the water: snorkelling from the dock, boat charters to the reef, diving on wall sites and shallow shores, catamaran cruises through the cays. Paddleboards and kayaks waiting at the dock. Jet skis, waterski boats, and watersports on request.

Down the road: horseback along Long Bay Beach. A round at Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club, fifteen minutes away. ATV tours through the back of the island. Whale watching from the terrace, in season.

The concierge plans the days you want planned. Open afternoons are honoured.

On the Island

The culture of these islands.

The most memorable part of a retreat is rarely the agenda. It’s the evening nobody planned quite as carefully.

Providenciales has a life and culture that most visitors never get near. The people who grew up here — the artists, the fishermen, the storytellers, the musicians — don’t generally show up at the resort door. We arrange for them to come to yours. These are the experiences that give a retreat in Turks and Caicos a texture that a retreat in a generic destination doesn’t have.

i.

Sip and paint with a local artist.

A local Turks and Caicos artist leads a guided watercolour or acrylic session on the villa terrace — the bay, the cays, the light — with rum punches alongside. No experience needed. Two hours, one finished piece per person, and a conversation about what it’s like to grow up painting this particular place.

ii.

Cultural storytelling evening.

A TCI-born storyteller joins the group for dinner, sharing the history of the islands — the Lucayans, the salt rakers, the Loyalist planters, the families who stayed and built what exists today. Two hours around the table with someone who carries the history personally. The kind of conversation that reframes the place you’re sitting in.

iii.

Conch salad on the dock.

A local fisherman demonstrates the preparation of conch salad — from shell to plate — at the villa dock. The technique is fast, specific, and a thousand years old. Citrus, Scotch bonnet, the ocean thirty seconds away. The group eats it as fast as it’s made. One of the simplest and most specifically Turks and Caicos things you can do here.

iv.

Junkanoo music workshop.

A Junkanoo musician brings the instruments — cowbells, goatskin drums, brass horns — and teaches the group the rhythms that drive the street parade tradition of the Turks and Caicos and the Bahamas. Loud, physical, and completely impossible to do without laughing. Good for a corporate group that needs to move after a long meeting day.

v.

Fishing with a local captain.

A half or full-day fishing charter with a born-and-raised TCI captain. Offshore for mahi-mahi, wahoo, and tuna or inshore for snapper and grouper. The kind of local knowledge that only comes from growing up on these waters — where to look, how to read the tide, what the light on the surface means. The chef takes the catch for dinner.

vi.

Thursday night at the Fish Fry.

Every Thursday evening, Bight Park in Grace Bay becomes the social centre of Providenciales — local vendors, fresh conch, jerk chicken, grilled fish, rum punch, and the Junkanoo Rush from the We Funk Band around 8pm. The whole neighbourhood shows up. We arrange transport and a brief introduction to what you’re walking into. One of the best things you can do on this island, and it costs almost nothing.

All of the above are arranged by our concierge and can be added to any retreat. We connect you with the people directly — no agency layer, no generic package. Just the island, its people, and your group.
