The Details

Villa Eden’s main level features a spacious standalone great room with a wet bar, grand piano, library, and lounge—perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly onto ocean-facing terraces.

Downstairs, two guest suites and a secondary master all offer en-suite bathrooms and private ocean-view terraces. The poolside primary master is a private retreat with breathtaking views and direct pool access. A fifth guest suite, set above the main entrance, offers extra privacy, a standalone tub, and panoramic vistas.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end GE appliances and premium small appliances for effortless dining. The living room features cozy, modern furnishings, while the adjacent dining area overlooks the ocean—with an alfresco option just outside.

Large sliding doors lead to the outdoor lounge and poolside firepit lounge. Bedrooms

Villa Eden features two standalone bedrooms: the primary master suite, located poolside with ocean views and a private terrace, and the elevated fifth guest suite above the main entrance. A secondary master suite and two additional guest bedrooms are located on the lower level, each with en-suite bathrooms and ocean-facing terraces. All five bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms with showers and luxurious toiletries. The primary master suite boasts an expansive en-suite featuring dual sinks, dual toilets and showers, as well as a private outdoor shower for a true island experience. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with split-unit air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat-screen smart TVs, and in-room safes.
